This hotel, located down by the lively port, offers great value for money. The rooms with a balcony on the second floor are well-appointed and have good bathrooms with all amenities. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of pastries.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.

Clean, functional hotel near the port with private parking. Varied, fresh, and plentiful breakfast. Great value for money. Helpful and friendly staff.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The remains of the Greek city of Eraclea Minoa are definitely a magnificent spot on the edge of a hill, overlooking the sea. It's worth exploring and taking in the breathtaking view.
Ancient traditions and local products are so overrated, aren't they? Who needs fascinating events and history when you can have a brand new shopping mall instead?

The hotel was located in the lively port area near fantastic seafood restaurants which was a highlight of our stay. Rooms were clean and reasonably well-appointed with good breakfast options. We enjoyed the balcony view of the port and marina.
The derelict port building obstructed our view and the location was not easily accessible by car due to terrible infrastructure and non-updated GPS data.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the port area, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and it felt like they had been recently renovated. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's parking options were excellent, with the convenience of free parking right in front of the hotel or a secure parking lot at the rear for a small fee. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
Nothing for me. 😊

The breakfast was varied and fresh, with plenty of options. The private parking was very convenient for those traveling by car. The location was great, just a short walk from the main square and close to fish restaurants.
The view from the hotel was obstructed by a large derelict building in front. There were quite a few flies due to the hotel's proximity to the fishing harbor.

There were a couple of downsides. The lift was quite slow, which could be a bit frustrating at times.

The hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean. I also liked the private parking area, which was a big plus for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great guidance on places to eat and visit. And let me not forget the delicious breakfast spread that had many options to choose from.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. This city has many places to explore and discover, and this hotel made it even better.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel had secure private parking, which was great. , the location was perfect as we were close to the lively port and could see the fishing boats coming in. The room was comfortable and had modern amenities, and we really enjoyed the south-facing balcony.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with no fruit or yoghurt and only a cappuccino in a paper cup. the area around the hotel was a bit run down.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, as it is conveniently located near the port and just a short walk from the city center. We found it easy to get in and out of the city, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. Another positive aspect was the attentive and friendly staff who were always available to assist us. The rooms, though a bit dark, were clean and reasonably well-appointed. Additionally, the breakfast, while slightly disappointing, was acceptable and served in a cosy space.
Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory, with no major complaints.
